Friendship Forgotten

 

Loves momentary foothold

Pencil thread, paper plain, songbird

erasure marked                warm    wet blood

a resonating gift,              redemption speak

 

composing muted echo: yesterday’s hope

sounding back                   now,      tomorrow’s burden

time’s space in place eternalized temporarily

harmonized happystance            

                                                                                dance!

 

a symbol in play to reveal

to give, to share, to keep…. the heart

and held…

when heard in meet beyond the body

 

notes,   black dotted lines,   metaphorical score

breaths of life punctuated

black and white sound into color

reverberating heartbeat, rainbow reminder
